Due to the exclusive, limited-availability, and high-value nature of our luxury products, all sales are generally final.

Returns or refunds may only be considered if an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from its description on our website.

Any issue must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery, together with clear photographs and relevant supporting information.

Items must remain unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with all original packaging, tags, dust bags, boxes, and accessories included.

Returns due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, personal preference, or failure to review the product details before purchase are not accepted.

Special orders, pre-orders, and items specifically sourced or purchased at the customer’s request are final sale and cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded, except where required by applicable law.

Approved refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received, inspected, and verified by R The Shopper.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.
